Returns
Our return policy lasts 60 days. If more than 60 days have passed since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 60 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirmation notifying you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company—it may take some time for the refund to officially appear.
- Contact your bank—there is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at contact@noveily.com.
Gifts
- If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the returned item. Once the return is processed, we will mail you a gift voucher.
- If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the original purchaser had the order shipped to themselves to later give to you, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

- Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
- Depending on your location, the time required to receive an exchanged product may vary.
- If you are returning an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
